With North Wave you get both the workwear and the complete service, with a wide and flexible choice of products.
Will I get the garments I need?
Yes. We offer a very wide choice of models and colours – from high-visibility, welding and protective clothing to hygienic (HACCP) garments, outdoor workwear and service uniforms.
In short, you will find what you need. And if not, we will work out a solution with you.
Will I get the service I need?
Yes, because you know best what you need. Professional laundering and garment care come as standard for every client.
Together we agree how often garments are laundered and when they are replaced. Care includes inspection and, where needed, repair or replacement of worn areas.

Laundering and inspection
We launder the garments professionally and check that they are sound and safe before delivery.
Repairs
We mend tears and holes and repair or replace zips – using original components only.
A flexible contract
You can increase or reduce the number of employees on the contract at any time.
Contract term
The contract runs for a minimum of 12 months. Longer terms are available to suit your needs.
Replacement
If a garment is no longer fit to wear, you automatically receive a new one.
Size changes
If an employee’s size changes, you receive a larger or smaller garment at no extra cost.
Individual sizing
Try the garments on site – we help you find the right size and length.
Personalisation
Add your company logo, a name badge or your own styling to the garments.
Extra branding and alterations
Garments can be specially pressed or delivered on hangers.

We deliver clean garments straight into lockers that we install at your premises and service ourselves.

Why rent rather than buy
Professional care is not merely convenient – it helps ensure that protective clothing meets its standard (EN ISO 20471, 11612, 1149) for the full number of washes declared by the manufacturer. Caring for one employee’s garments leaves a footprint of about 46 kg CO₂ per year, while producing a new garment matches the impact of 22 washes (source: the European Textile Services Association, ETSA). In the rental model the garments, laundering, repairs, replacement and compliance are combined into one service – usually cheaper than running your own laundry, and with a lower total cost of ownership (TCO).
